For those who prefer to call us in person with a credit card number, we will not keep your number on file.  Any hand-written notes with your credit card number will be shredded.  Our copy of your receipt goes into a secure safe.  After one year it is shredded and disposed of.  We guarantee that our products are fresh and will refund or replace any products that are not.
